I, Joey Armstrong, have so much to say about myself. Where to begin… Well, with the limited space provided here I will sum it all up by answering three questions.
1. What is my favorite movie to watch? I love watching Good Will Hunting just after an Indiana Jones, Lord of the Rings, or Star Wars marathon and then to finish out the evening a nice cool down romantic comedy like You've Got Mail or Sleepless in Seattle.2. What is your favorite book of the Bible? I love reading the entire biblical narrative of God working with his people. However, if I had only one book to read for the rest of my life, I would read Genesis. It begins with a poem of God bringing order out of chaos and shows his relentless pursuit to redeem what he has created. Who wouldn't love that?3. What inspires me? My family inspires me. When I look at my role as a husband and a father I see more beauty in the world. When I accept my responsibilities I find more freedom than I could ever have imagined. When I look at my family I see the love God incarnated through Christ more poignantly than ever; I am inspired.

Connect - Baptist Student Fellowship is a student group at The University of Oklahoma. Connect is supported by the Cooperative Baptist Fellowship of Oklahoma and serves to support the mission of CBF in Oklahoma and the call of Christ by being the hands and feet of Christ on OU's campus, in the Norman community, and in the world.
When we say "Missions" at FBC we mean being Christ wherever you find yourself.
Missional project trips are available both locally and abroad for university students. Making Christ and his love known in the world is essential to a Christian life…go out, love those in the world, and watch the miracles that God performs. New trips from FBC launch every year…it's your time to get involved!
