Student Life
This position will oversee ministry to/with Middle School, High School, and University students as well as providing overall leadership to the FBC Ministry Internship program.
Minister of
Children & Families
This position will oversee ministry to/with children and their parents.
FBC Norman is open to candidates who:

Have previous ministry experience related to the position

Demonstrate a humble, yet collaborative approach to leadership

Engage deeply across the congregation and in loving relationship with a large staff team

Have a high view of scripture which includes the inclusion of women on its Ministry Staff and Deacon Ministry Council

Office Support Staff
First Baptist Norman is currently seeking qualified a candidate for the following position(s):
Finance Assistant - Part Time
This role involves assisting with financial data entry, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial software and a keen eye for accuracy, contributing to the smooth operation of our financial processes. This position offers flexible hours and schedule.
