First Baptist Norman is currently seeking qualified ministers for the following position(s):

Children

Minister of
Children & Families

This position will oversee ministry to/with children and their parents.

FBC Norman is open to candidates who:

  • Have previous ministry experience related to the position

  • Demonstrate a humble, yet collaborative approach to leadership

  • Engage deeply across the congregation and in loving relationship with a large staff team

  • Have a high view of scripture which includes the inclusion of women on its Ministry Staff and Deacon Ministry Council
