VayK-Scope
At First Baptist, we understand the importance of providing children with a safe and supportive environment during out-of-school hours. That's why we offer VayK-Scope where children can be in a safe and fun environment when on break. VayK-Scope caters to pre-K through fifth grade.
About Us
VayK-Scope offers a safe, supervised, faith-based environment for school-age children, featuring a variety of self-directed daily activities. These activities emphasize physical engagement, socialization with peers, and self-expression through arts, crafts, and other daily tasks.
Operating hours are from 7:45 A.M. to 5:30 P.M., following the vacation days of the Norman Public School calendar available at www.norman.K12.ok.us.
Tuition
The Kaleidoscope after-school program is open to the community at a day rate of $50/day or a week rate at $55/day. Registration opens one month prior to the vacation date, tuition must be paid before child arrives on site. Two snack breaks will be provided to children each day, but children must bring their own lunch.
Please note that at least 15 students must be registered in order for VayK-Scope to occur. All parents will be made aware beforehand to make the necessary changes for their children.
